2. MISCONDUCT |

Bullying A repeated pattern of behaviour where a student or group intentionally targets others to cause distress. It can be cyber, physical, social/relational or verbal in nature.

Cyber- Using technology to repeatedly harass, threaten or humiliate others. Online targeting, Creating hate groups, Sharing of embarrassing content, Coordinated online attacks, Digital harassment Physical- Acts of causing physical harm, intimidation or property damage or extortion Pushing/shoving, Tripping of targeted individuals, Damaging victim's belongings, Organised group physical intimidation Social- Acts of intentional exclusion or causing reputation damage. Disruptive behaviour |

3. THEFT/DAMAGE OF PROPERTY |

Very serious offences include Arson, Assault, Drug Abuse, Fighting, Gangsterism, Vaping (with etomidate), Sexual Misconduct, Severe Bullying and other illegal/criminal offences which result in grievous hurt.

Serious offences include examples like Alcohol and Inhalant Abuse, Bullying, Cheating, Cyber related, Disruptive Behaviour, Gambling, Forgery, Inappropriate Behaviour, Leaving School Grounds without Permission, Pornography, Possession of Weapons, Open Defiance, Smoking, Truancy (third offence onwards), Theft, Trespassing, Vandalism, Vaping and other offences that are a breach of law.
The table shows the baseline disciplinary measures (i.e., minimum). The school has the autonomy to add to the school-based consequences, based on the school's assessment of the case and for behavioural change (example: reflection, corrective work, restoration of damaged property, restoration of stolen items, zero marks for assessment, counselling).
For all serious offences, measures may include Ineligibility for Scholarships/Awards, Leadership Appointments, School Trips, School Team Representation.
For serious offence which also involves a breach of the law (e.g., Substance Abuse, Vaping, Theft, Possession of weapons, Scams and Frauds), the school will report the offence to the relevant law enforcement agencies. The school-based disciplinary measures will be meted out in addition to penalties imposed by the Courts or Law Enforcement Agencies.
Suspension can be in-school or out-of-school suspension, based on the school's assessment of the case.
For Smoking and Vaping Offences

Vaping with Etomidate
Using/ possessing/ distributing/ selling e-vaporisers with Etomidate or paraphernalia

Digital devices include mobile phones, smart watches, music players, game consoles, cameras, etc.
Mobile phones are to be switched off and kept in the classroom lockers and secured with a lock during school hours. Mobile phones that ring in the school premises will be confiscated.

Disabling/ bypassing/ deactivating Device Management Application

2nd time offence onwards (per school year) • PLD will be placed into Safe Mode, restricted use for up to 7 days.
The school reserves the right to retain the students’ PLD for up to a month in cases where serious violation of school rules occurs and further investigation and follow-up actions are required.

If the student commits multiple minor offences despite warnings/reminders, it could also be reported as “Open Defiance” under Serious Offence.
